TRISKELION 360
A one-page website for a movement studio in Dumbravita — a schedule that updates itself, classes added straight to your calendar and prices worked out on the spot
Triskelion 360 is a movement studio in Dumbravita, Timis county: hybrid, functional, pilates, yoga, self-defence and classes for kids. Six disciplines, small groups, three coaches and classes from Monday to Friday, plus Saturday events.
The name comes from the triskelion, the Celtic symbol of three spirals that start from the same point. The studio uses it as a promise: strength, mobility and balance, trained together rather than one at a time.
The site had to answer the three questions that decide a first visit — which classes are on, at what time and how much it costs — on a phone, in under a minute, for an audience that arrives from Instagram.
We built a single-page website, laid out around the schedule.
Client: Triskelion 360
Launch Date: October 15, 2026
Project duration: 10 days

The challenge
A new gym has no reviews, no history and no rankings in Google. It cannot win on seniority, so it has to win on clarity: someone looking for a gym wants to know in the first minute whether there is a class they can actually make.
The audience arrives almost entirely from Instagram, on a phone, between two other things. They do not read an “about us” page.
Three questions block a first visit:
- When is there a class I can make? And the schedule changes, so a photo of the weekly timetable is out of date in seven days.
- Is it right for my level? Most gyms answer with a list of class names, not with intensity, duration and what the class actually trains.
- How much does it cost? Where the usual answer in this industry is “ask at the front desk”.
On top of that, the studio had no booking platform and we were not going to add one: the conversations happen on Instagram, where the audience already is. The site had to lead to a message, not to an account.
The solution
The schedule, at the centre of the page
The home page does not open with a slogan, it opens with the week: a strip of all seven days, today marked, its classes with time and duration, and the time left until the next one.
Everything is worked out from the date on the device, not from a picture updated by hand. Nobody has to change anything on a Monday.
The same schedule appears twice: in short on the first screen and in full further down, with a filter by discipline, for anyone looking only for pilates or only for the kids' classes.
Straight from the site into your calendar
Any class can be added to a phone calendar with a reminder an hour before, and the whole week can be added with a single button.
With no booking system, this is the first commitment anyone makes: it is not a reservation, but it is a slot taken in someone's own calendar.
Classes that state their own level
Each of the six classes has a card with the audience — adults or kids — the level, the intensity, the duration, how many times a week it runs, and three indicators: strength, mobility, balance.
The card also shows the next time the class is on, and one click goes straight to it. Anyone who does not know where to start can see at a glance that yoga means 90 minutes of mobility, while hybrid runs three times a week at high intensity.
The 360° balance, there to try out
The brand idea becomes a tool: you pick the classes you would do in a week, and the page shows you how balanced that week turns out — strength, mobility, balance — and what is missing.
If you pick only yoga and pilates, it tells you that you still need strength and suggests functional or hybrid. It is the advice you would get at the front desk, built into the page.
Clear prices, worked out on the spot
The prices are on the site, not “at the front desk”. You pick the disciplines and how many times a week you want to come, and the page shows you the right membership and the price per session.
Next to it sit the packs — wellness, fitness and the complete pack — and the price of each discipline, with the number of sessions included. Rates for kids and for personal training are listed separately.
Video filmed in the studio, not stock photos
Every class has a short clip, filmed in the studio, with no sound and a still image until it starts. Someone sees the real room, the real equipment and the people who actually train there before they decide.
The coaches, in short
Three coaches, each with their disciplines and a line about how they work, and underneath each one a link to the classes they teach.
Found in local searches
The studio declares in the page the data Google can use: the address and coordinates in Dumbravita, the schedule by day, the coaches and every membership, with price and number of sessions.
It is a single page with anchors on each section, so a link from Instagram can lead straight to the schedule or straight to the prices. The rest is local SEO: the studio's Google profile, the reviews, and the same contact details everywhere.
Results
The studio and the site are both at the start, so we are not crediting them with figures that have not been measured. Here is what concretely changed:
- the week's schedule is public and updates itself, without anyone swapping out a picture every Monday;
- the next class and its time are visible on the first screen, on a phone;
- the prices are on the site, with the price per session, instead of “ask at the front desk”;
- anyone can put a class, or the whole week, into their own calendar, with a reminder;
- the six disciplines state their own level, duration and what they train;
- the studio appears in Google's structured data with address, schedule, coaches and memberships.
How we'll measure progress
We read the first months from Google Search Console and from the studio's Google profile, then complete this case study with real data.
The metrics we track:
- the searches that bring people to the site: gym in Dumbravita, pilates in Timisoara, yoga in Dumbravita, self defence for kids;
- impressions, clicks and average position for them;
- direction requests and calls from the studio's Google profile;
- the messages that arrive on Instagram after a visit to the site;
- the classes added to a calendar.
