LEADSPARK
AI-powered SaaS platform that turns a description into a landing page ready to generate leads

Many local businesses need a simple page that brings in bookings, calls or quote requests. Yet the traditional process means choosing a design, writing the copy, setting up forms and publishing on a domain — steps that take time, budget and technical know-how.

LeadSpark started from a simple question: what if a business owner could describe their business in a single sentence and get back a complete page, built for conversions?

We developed a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate landing pages tailored to each business's industry, goals and audience. The user describes what they do, and LeadSpark builds the structure, the copy and the conversion elements. The page can then be customized and published without writing any code.

The challenge

Traditional website builders made publishing more accessible, but they didn't remove the hard part. Users are often handed a blank page and have to decide on their own:

  • which sections are needed;
  • in what order to present them;
  • what copy to write;
  • which design fits the industry;
  • where to place forms and buttons;
  • how to adapt the page for mobile;
  • how to publish it on a real domain.

AI tools can generate copy or design fragments, but the result is often generic. A dental clinic, a law firm and a local plumber don't share the same sales process and shouldn't get the same structure.

The challenge with LeadSpark was turning AI generation into a practical product for service businesses in Romania. Not just a tech demo, but a complete workflow: from idea and brief to a published page that can collect leads.

The solution

From one sentence to a complete page

We boiled the starting point down to a familiar action: the user describes their business in plain language.

They can type a short prompt, attach a brief or use the guided onboarding to provide details about their industry, services, location, audience and the page's goal.

LeadSpark uses this information to generate:

  • the headline and main message;
  • the services overview;
  • the benefits;
  • the steps for working together;
  • the trust signals;
  • the frequently asked questions;
  • the forms and calls to action.

Users don't start from a blank screen. They get a complete first version they can refine.

Industry-specific structures

We built the generator's logic around the different ways customers make decisions in each industry.

For a clinic, the page emphasizes trust, services, the team and booking. For an urgent local service, the phone number and WhatsApp take priority. For real estate, photography or beauty, the visual presentation plays a bigger role.

LeadSpark includes five main design directions:

  • Medical Trust;
  • SaaS Modern;
  • Business Pro;
  • Premium Luxury;
  • Local Lead Gen.

Each direction tailors the look, section order and CTA types to the business, without limiting further customization.

No-code editing

After generation, users can edit the page without touching HTML or CSS.

Copy can be edited directly, sections can be rearranged, and the design can be adjusted by choosing colors, images and a light or dark theme. Bigger changes can be requested in plain language, with instructions like “make the page more elegant” or “add a gallery.”

As a result, working with the editor feels more like a conversation than using a technical website builder.

Conversion built into the page structure

LeadSpark doesn't generate pages that merely showcase a business. Every structure is geared toward a clear business action:

  • a phone call;
  • a WhatsApp message;
  • booking an appointment;
  • filling out a form;
  • requesting an estimate;
  • submitting a lead.

Buttons and forms are placed at the key points of the page, so users can take action the moment they find the information they need.

Simplified publishing

The process doesn't stop at the preview. The page can be published on a subdomain or on the user's own domain, with SSL included. Users can also download the page as a static archive to keep full control over their files and hosting.

The business model lowers the upfront risk: building and editing are free, and payment comes into play once the user is ready to publish.

For those who need extra help, the platform connects to ProjectMedia's services for publishing, hosting, review or building a fully custom page.

Bilingual content and a responsive experience

LeadSpark generates content in Romanian and English, adapted naturally to each language. The resulting page is responsive and works on desktop, tablet and phone.

This is essential for local businesses, where a large share of visitors arrive on their phones and want to start a call or a WhatsApp conversation quickly.

How we'll measure progress

The product's performance will be measured through metrics such as:

  • number of accounts created;
  • percentage of users who complete onboarding;
  • number of pages generated;
  • generation-to-editing rate;
  • number of pages published;
  • free-to-paid conversion rate;
  • average time to publish;
  • number of leads collected through the generated pages;
  • distribution of users across industries and styles;
  • adoption of custom domains and hosting options;
  • requests that evolve into custom ProjectMedia services.

This data will drive the ongoing development of the generator and let us update this case study with real adoption and conversion results.
