Client Description:
The client owns an online store that sells agricultural products online, targeting support for farmers in Nigeria by selling products directly from the farmers.
The Product
We collaborated with the brand EZ Farming to develop an online store dedicated to the sale of fresh food products from farms in Nigeria. EZ Farming offers a variety of products, including local and fresh foods, with online payment options and delivery through couriers.
Project Duration
The project had a duration of 3 months and included the complete development of the website, from design to development.
The Problem
EZ Farming wanted to provide customers with a convenient and secure way to purchase fresh food products from farms in Nigeria and have them delivered by courier. They needed an online store that accurately reflected the quality and freshness of their products and facilitated the purchasing process.
The Goal
The goal of this project was to create an attractive and user-friendly online store that allowed customers to explore, purchase food products, and receive delivery in a simple and efficient manner.
Our Role
In this project, we played the role of Designer and UX Developer. Our responsibilities included:

- Developing the online store with online payment and delivery management functionalities.

The target audience of EZ Farming consisted of individuals seeking fresh and local food products, with a concern for quality and origin.

The main issue for users was the difficulty of finding and purchasing fresh and local food products from farms in Nigeria in a simple and convenient way.
UX Design and Development
We developed an online store with the following features:

- Product Catalog: Well-organized categories with detailed images and descriptions of the products, including their origin.
- Simplified Buying Process: A clear and easy-to-follow purchasing flow with secure online payment options.
- Flexible Delivery Methods: Options for delivery through couriers to meet customers’ needs.
- Contact and Support Page: Simple ways for customers to request assistance or additional information.
Impact
The developed online store had a positive impact on access to fresh food products from farms in Nigeria and on the customer experience. This project highlighted the importance of professional presentation and a user-friendly online shopping experience to attract and retain customers.
